I was a fan of Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff even before I learned that he read I Dissent for Read Across America Day 2021—and now I’m a fan of his read-aloud talents. Take a look at the video. It’s not as easy as you might think to deliver empathy and humor while reading a 40-page book out loud! He does it like a pro. (His next gig, maybe a career a voice actor?)
